A fresh mind comes to an engineering college with a lot of dreams and aspirations by choosing a best college believing that it would make him/her a great engineer. Hence we tailored a complete training program for 4 yrs of graduation to live up to his/her expectations.

I^st Year

A tender undergraduate generally face stage fear, mother tongue influence and lack of communication skills as major challenges. Understanding these requirements we give them Training to set a goal and help them to overcome stage fear and mother tongue influence by conducting orientation classes, activity based learning and Guest Lectures to encourage and motivate them to excel in Academics, technical and communication skills.

II^nd Year

Once the students come out of their shells, we make them focus on Grammar, Functional English and get basic knowledge on current affairs, general awareness, Group discussions and debates JAMs to develop their communication skills which will prepare them for the next level Trainings.

III^rd Year

Making them market ready is the main motto. An exclusive training called TREAT is inculcated which covers

IV^th Year

Since the students are ready, we give more emphasis on brushing up their skills through company specific Trainings, MOCK tests and make them practice several times thus students face any On Campus or Off Campus Interviews with great level of confidence. TREAT (The Right Employability and Advancement Training)

The Right Employability and Advancement Training is an exclusive summer training program that is meant to utilize the gap between semesters in an effective way. We engage and facilitate students for more than 30 full days and make sure they have better 'Entertrainment' than holiday entertainment.

TREAT emphasizes on improving students? logical and analytical ability by giving real time problems and encourage them to solve, also give them short cuts to solve aptitude questions quickly which helps them gain confidence in attending competitive exams.

The college has established a separate department to take care of the certified courses of IBM, Microsoft, Intel Inside, TATA Technologies, SAP. Every year 500 students will be made part in certified course training Program.
