The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) at Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology (URCET), Vijayawada, is a dynamic academic unit dedicated to shaping future innovators in cutting-edge AI technologies.

URCET's AIML department aims to deliver world-class education in AI, machine learning, data science, and related fields, fostering research-driven solutions for real-world challenges. It emphasizes hands-on learning through labs in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and neural networks, preparing students for industry roles in healthcare, finance, and automation.

The department offers a 4-year B. Tech in AI & ML, blending core computer science with specialized courses like natural language processing, IoT, fuzzy logic, and AI applications. Electives and labs emphasize neural networks, IoT integration, fuzzy logic, recommendation systems, probabilistic modeling, quantum computing basics, and ethical AI practices. Students gain hands-on skills via tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and data visualization platforms. URCET offers a B. Tech program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) with an intake of 60 seats.
