Report :
- On receiving the letter of permission from IBM madhapur, Students with two faculty members went on an industrial visit to IBM-Hyderabad on 17-12-2015.
- We assembled at the binzcircle (Vijayawada) at 3.30 AM and left the Vijayawada by private travel bus.
- We reached the IBM-Hyderabad at 10.15 AM.
- The IBM senior manager, Mr. Anand and his team received us at the entrance and gave a brief introduction about the software development life cycle and also gave a lecture on Operating System-AIX developed by IBM.
- Mr. Srinivas explained the working process of Data Analytics Tool developed by IBM.
- We had a lunch provided by IBM.
- We visited Server Room and roaming the work area.
- We came to know about digitization of scanned documents using the content manager tool used by IBM-Hyderabad.
- Mr. Subbu explained about Big Data and tools used to manage big data.
- We reached to Vijayawada safely at 11:00 PM on 17.12.2015
