1. Electronic devices and circuits & Electronics Circuit Analysis Laboratory :
The Electronic Devices and Circuits Lab is fully equipped with essential electronic components to support hands-on learning. It is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the fundamental principles and applications of electronic devices. The lab focuses on the working of diodes, transistors, and specialized electronic components, along with their applications in rectifiers, amplifiers, operational amplifiers, oscillators, multi vibrators, and voltage regulators. Area in Sq.m: 110.3
2.Switching Theory and Logic Design & Analog Communication Laboratory:
This lab Focuses on designing, analyzing, and testing analog electronic circuits. Equipped with function generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and breadboards for circuit implementation. Enhances understanding of signal processing, amplification, and electronic design principles. Area in Sq.m: 110.3
3.Digital Communication & Linear Integrated Circuit Analysis Laboratory:
This lab incorporates the advantage of Digital communication kits like PCM ,DPCM,ASK,FSK in understanding the various digital communication concept.To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of laboratory equipment, the following maintenance measures are implemented. Area in Sq.m:110.3
4. Simulation Laboratory:
In this laboratory all software simulation experiments related to various part of the curriculum like SS, JAVA ,DSP,MPMC,VLSI are done. Having equipped with 63 computers, Students use this laboratory for the implementation of minor and major projects as part of their curriculum, and it also serves as a resource for faculty research in the free slots. Area in Sq.m: 222
5.Microprocessor and Micro Controller & Microwave Laboratory:
This lab is equipped with all hardware equipments related to Microprocessors and Micro controllers,Microwave and Optical communication. As wireless and optical communication systems continue to advance, this lab equips students with the necessary skills and practical knowledge to work with modern communication systems. Area in Sq.m: 110.3
6.Internet Of Things & VLSI Laboratory:
The Internet of Things (IoT) integrates internet connectivity, data processing, and analytics with physical objects. Various sensors (Soil Moisture Sensor, IR Sensor, Temperature Sensor etc.,) in IoT lab allows students to explore and develop numerous applications. IoT lab is furnished with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, with different connecting modules. Area in Sq.m:222
7.Work Study :
An innovative program at "UshaRama": unprecidented progress in scientific development for any engineering student, Practical skills is inevitable besides bookish knowledge. Usha Rama college of engineering and technology has initiated an innova¬tive program namely "Work Study" program and proved to have succeeded in achieving very good results. From the second year onwards, the engineer¬ing students should undertake this program experimentally at least 2 sessions a week; identify the latest information linked to the technology they learn at college. This program is executed by professionals in technological expertise from various departments. This program function as a "Earn while you learn" scheme to support the students. In fact this program is an additional task to the practical laboratory classes usually conducted in engineering education
